New ReviewerLadt year in February I orded an Excauliber Veracruz accordion that was supposed to be white and blacked checkered. First, I was told it woukd only take the accordion 2 months to arrive.
As the months passed I kept on checking the status of the accordion and they kept making excuses of why it hasn't arrived. I put a $1700 deposit too. Today is January and almost a year later and they finally gave me the terrible news that they didnt make the specific accordion I ordered. Well, they brought in more Veracruz models but now they are worth more.
The problem I have with that is that I ordered the accordion when it was worth less and now it costs $2365. I waited 11 months waiting for my accordion and now they want to charge me more than the price I ordered it for. What a discrace!
I will probably ask for a refund. I made the order at the Arden Hills location.
